Older Youth and Young Adults Event - Let's learn how to cook!

Service Description

This event is for our older youth 15 years+ (including an adult) and our young adults who are wanting to learn how to cook some delicious meals with Anishka, our talented dietitian who cooks the most incredible food. The recipes will be suitable for people living with T1 Diabetes including one that is coeliac friendly. Everything will be provided for the event, you will get to eat what you make, and you will take home copies of the recipes to try at home. Please come wearing suitable clothes and closed toe shoes for in the kitchen. If you want to bring a funky apron, then feel free to do so. If you have any dietary requirements then please let us know. PLEASE REGISTER by Monday, 17 August 2026, so we know how many to cater for.
