Service Description

In this cooking series, our dietitian tutors will demonstrate a variety of cooking recipes that are not only tasty and delicious but also diabetes friendly. Each cooking series covers nutrition education and an opportunity to ask about any questions you have when it comes to healthy cooking! This year our themes are Healthy Lunches, Winter Warmers, Sweet treats, Budget Meals and Summer Eats.   ​
