Service Description

The “Healthy Living" with Diabetes Management Course is held over 3 sessions. While we recommend attending all modules, sessions can be completed individually. Tea, coffee and a snack are provided at all sessions. Module 2 involves a short education session before going on to a supermarket OR an in-class 'virtual supermarket' tour. PLEASE REGISTER so that we can provide adequate resources and refreshments.
